SEAHRN has been actively working on promoting human rights education and research since it was established in 2009. The SEAHRN is a consortium of 22 university-based institutions with members from 7 Southeast Asian countries, namely, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
