As a regional platform, the SHAPE‑SEA Secretariat is committed to facilitating evidence-based, innovative, and sustained initiatives on human rights and peace in Southeast Asia. Through ongoing monitoring, assessment, and evaluation of our programmes, we aim to strengthen the impact of our work, ensure inclusive and transformative engagement, and maintain consistent capacity building among our staff and within the secretariat.
