SHAPE-SEA (Strengthening Human Rights and Peace Research and Education in ASEAN/Southeast Asia) joins the Peace Festival Week 2025, showcasing our programs and initiatives that advance human rights and peace research and education across the region.
We are committed to co-creating knowledge, fostering collaboration, amplifying diverse voices, and driving collective action that promotes social justice, inclusive societies, and sustainable development in Southeast Asia and beyond.
We also take this opportunity to recognize the contributions of our host institution, the Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies (IHRP), Mahidol University. With its interdisciplinary approach, IHRP continues to redefine the fields of peace, conflict, justice, and human rights studies in the Asia-Pacific region.
The shared vision of SHAPE-SEA and IHRP is to promote learning excellence in human rights and peace, and to engage communities in the transformation towards justpeace.
