SEPAHAM Indonesia or Indonesian Consortium for Human Rights Lecturer was established by some Indonesian human rights scholars in 2010.

The two days covered various kinds of human rights discourses in dealing with freedom issues, which are focused on 5 issues: Religious Freedom, Academic Freedom, Freedom of Expression, Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Association.

The seminar invited scholars from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore whose research focuses on the discourse of human rights.

The two day seminar was attended by academics, scholars – emerging and established, members from civil society organizations and members from the media.
