How can emerging scholars in Asia transform research on human rights and peace into meaningful change for their communities and the region, while ensuring an interdisciplinary approach in the co-production of knowledge?
From 25–28 November 2025, SHAPE-SEA is proud to host the Regional Research Training Workshop titled: “An Interdisciplinary Co-Production of Knowledge: Advancing Human Rights and Peace in Asia.”
The workshop is organized in collaboration with:
🌱 Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan
🌱 Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand
🌱 Institute for Human Rights and Peace (IHRP), Mahidol University, Thailand
This regional workshop also aims to promote South–South connections by linking scholars across Asia with prominent academic-practitioners. It seeks to nurture professional development and facilitate collective knowledge production that reflects the lived realities of communities in the region.
